At Min Crochet, every product is created with meticulous care and a whole lot of heart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your chosen item. However, if any issues arise, please refer to our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects: The product arrives torn, severely damaged, or with a significant technical fault.
  • Incorrect product: You received an item that does not match the model, color, or size you ordered on our website.

Please note:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • You must provide the original proof of purchase.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.
  • Dissatisfaction with the product after receiving it, as each item is handmade and unique.

2. Timeframe for Requests

You must notify us of your return or refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to lovecrochetcrafts@gmail.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. In the email, please provide:
    • Your order number.
    • The name of the product you wish to return/refund.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Clear photos or a video of the faulty product.
  3. After we receive your email, we will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  4. If your request is approved:
    • For returns: We will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product (if applicable).
    • For refunds: We will process the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
